Refund policy

We hebben een retourbeleid van 14 dagen, wat betekent dat je 14 dagen na ontvangst van je artikel een retouraanvraag kunt indienen.

Om in aanmerking te komen voor een retour, moet je artikel in dezelfde staat zijn als waarin je het hebt ontvangen, ongedragen of ongebruikt, met labels en in de originele verpakking. Je hebt ook de bon of het aankoopbewijs nodig.

Om een retour te starten, kun je contact met ons opnemen.

Als je retour wordt geaccepteerd, sturen we je een retourlabel en instructies over hoe en waar je je pakket naartoe kunt sturen. Artikelen die naar ons worden teruggestuurd zonder eerst een retouraanvraag in te dienen, worden niet geaccepteerd.

Beschadigingen en problemen
Controleer je bestelling bij ontvangst en neem direct contact met ons op als het artikel defect, beschadigd of verkeerd is, zodat we het probleem kunnen beoordelen en het kunnen oplossen.

Uitzonderingen / niet-retourneerbare items
Bepaalde soorten artikelen kunnen niet worden geretourneerd, zoals bederfelijke goederen (zoals voedsel, bloemen of planten), maatwerkproducten (zoals speciale bestellingen of gepersonaliseerde items) en persoonlijke verzorgingsproducten (zoals schoonheidsproducten). We accepteren ook geen retouren voor gevaarlijke materialen, brandbare vloeistoffen of gassen. Neem contact met ons op als je vragen of zorgen hebt over een specifiek artikel.

Helaas kunnen we geen retouren accepteren voor artikelen in de uitverkoop of cadeaubonnen.

Omruilingen
De snelste manier om ervoor te zorgen dat je krijgt wat je wilt, is door het artikel dat je hebt terug te sturen, en zodra de retour is geaccepteerd, een aparte aankoop te doen voor het nieuwe artikel.

14 dagen bedenktijd voor de Europese Unie
Onverminderd het bovenstaande heb je, als de goederen naar de Europese Unie worden verzonden, het recht om je bestelling binnen 14 dagen, om welke reden dan ook en zonder rechtvaardiging, te annuleren of terug te sturen. Zoals hierboven, moet je artikel in dezelfde staat zijn als waarin je het hebt ontvangen, ongedragen of ongebruikt, met labels en in de originele verpakking. Je hebt ook de bon of het aankoopbewijs nodig.

Terugbetalingen
We laten je weten zodra we je retour hebben ontvangen en geïnspecteerd, en laten je weten of de terugbetaling is goedgekeurd of niet. Als deze is goedgekeurd, wordt het bedrag automatisch teruggestort op je oorspronkelijke betaalmethode binnen 10 werkdagen. Houd er rekening mee dat het enige tijd kan duren voordat je bank of creditcardmaatschappij de terugbetaling verwerkt en deze ook post. Als er meer dan 15 werkdagen zijn verstreken sinds we je retour hebben goedgekeurd, neem dan contact met ons. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
